                                             How to Become A Client
   
          Following are the requirements that must be met in order for an individual/family
                
to become an official Hands’ Client and receive services from Hands.

                     
Bring this information to the Hands' office at the Cryer Center
                    
during regular office hours, 10:00 AM- 4:00 PM, Tuesdays - Fridays.

  Must document permanent residence at a 911 address in Middlesex County
                              
  Total  Monthly household income must fall below the following guidelines:
    o        Family of One:    $1805
    o        Family of Two:    $2428
    o        Family of Three:   $3052
    o        Family of Four:     $3675
    o        Family of Five:     $4298
    o        For each additional person: add  $624
  
  Total household income must be documented and must include all income from:
    o        Wages or self-employment
    o        Social Security Benefits
    o        Supplemental Security Benefits
    o        Disability Income
    o        Unemployment
    o        SANP
    o        TANF
    o        Worker’s Compensation
    o        Child Support
    o        Alimony
    o        Any other income
     
               A household is defined as all individuals, regardless of age or relationship,
                                   
residing under one roof.
 
  Names , ages  and income of ALL household residents must be identified
 
  Photo ID of applicant
